Oat gold sourdough bread is a new product in our range. The combination of brown teff and organic oats gives this bread a beautiful lightness and a pleasant mild taste.

The aroma of this bread is so addictively delicious that it's hard to keep it around.

Oat gold sourdough bread distinguishes itself from other breads in our range by omitting buckwheat from the recipe, which results in a completely different taste and texture.

It is softer, lighter, and has its own indispensable flavor.

When you pick up a freshly baked sourdough bread from us, it comes straight from the oven and is still warm inside. For the best slicing result, it's important to let your bread cool down completely, which takes about five hours.

Slicing and storing:

Store the cooled bread in the paper bread bag and in a sealed zip lock bag. This will keep the bread fresh.

With a sharp bread knife, you can best slice the bread into thin slices the day after baking. You can freeze it in slices or store it in the zip lock bag; the bread will stay fresh for at least four days.

Reheating:

Because we do not add preservatives and/or bread improvers to our gluten-free bread, we recommend briefly heating the bread in, for example, a toaster, hot pan, or a preheated oven when it comes out of the freezer. This will make the bread fresh again, and it will stay that way all day.
