Honest and delicious gluten-free bread in the center of Eindhoven!
Over the past year, we have been incredibly busy behind the scenes preparing for this announcement: Happy Belly Kitchen is expanding in Nieuw Bergen, in the heart of Eindhoven, in one of the most beautiful locations. Eindhoven's first gluten-free bakery will open in the summer of 2026!!
Bakery-café with open kitchen
Our new location will be a bakery-café with an open kitchen — a place where you can see, smell, and taste how everything is made. Besides bread, we will also serve lunch dishes and delicious coffee, and there will be space to relax. A place where you can safely enjoy 100% gluten-free dishes. More space means: baking more often, more specials, and new flavors.
Finally a place to welcome you as we always envisioned, where parents with children can also enjoy. Above you can see a first impression of the location and the design. This is just the beginning, we will keep you updated step by step on the plans, the construction, and everything that will arise from this in the coming period.
